To cancel a tour booking you need to phone +649379454 and speak to the Manager or leave a Message with your name, contact details and which tour you are booked on. If you cancel more than 24hs prior to the tour departure, we offer a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 24hs before tour departure, any refund is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to safety & weather conditions, is some situations. In this event, other activities to the same value will be offer."
